How to Apply Mandatory Digital Signature certificates to all Drawing and Disbursing Officers
Please follow the below procedure for processing government organisation application.
All authorities under government of Kerala can follow up below steps .

The signature of the applicant, on the application form should be in blue ink only.
Mobile Number and Email Id of the applicant is mandatory in application form, and should be unique for each applicant.

Signature of the applicant in the application form and signature in Proof of Identity should be same.
Authorized signatory should be sign & seal in the part of Authorization in the application
form. Authorized signatory means higher officer of applicant.
2) 2. Attach attested copy of Proof of Identity (Any One of Below) (Should be attested by Authorized Signatory with Name & contact Number.)
a. Valid Passport.
b. PAN Card of applicant. (Mandatory if PAN Provided in Application)
c. Valid Driving License.
d. Post Office ID card.
e. Photo ID card issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs of Centre/State Governments.
f. Bank Account Passbook containing the photograph and signed by an individual with attestation by the concerned Bank official.
3) 3. Attach copy of Applicant organizational ID card & Authorized Signatory organizational ID card .(Should be attested by the Authorized signatory with organisation seal). If Organisational ID Card is not available, take two copies of the attached"Organisation ID Proof Letter" in letter head and fill the details of Applicant & Authorised Signatory (Should be attested by Authorized Signatory with Organisation seal).
Payment mode (D.D) in the name of “Analytix Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd”, payable at Ernakulam.(Kochi)
Rate Rs.575/- for signature (with USB token two year Validity)and Rs.675/-Signature and Encryption (with USB Token two year Validity)Account details
