Updation of employee details in SPARK database - Further Guidelines

All DDO were already directed to update the spark database of employees under their control before 31-5-2015. In continuation-of the same and as part of implementation of IFMS, the following data fields are also to be captured in SPARK data base under present service details.
Aadhar number
Name as in Aadhar
Parent department of the employee
Pension sanctioning authority.
These fields are also required as employees data to proceed with Digital Signature Certificate issuance to all DDOs, proposed medical insurance scheme, online pension application processing etc.  For more download order from below download link
