Digital Signature certificate(DSC)

1)    You have to fill up the attached application form.(http://www.e-mudhra.com/Repository/Forms/Signature-Encryption-Government-Printable.pdf) 

Ø   The signature of the applicant, on the application form should be in blue ink only.

Ø  Mobile Number and Email Id of the applicant is mandatory in application form, and should be unique for each applicant.

Ø  Signature of the applicant in the application form and signature in Proof of Identity should be same.

Ø  Authorized signatory should be sign & seal in the part of Authorization in the application form. Authorized signatory means higher officer of applicant.

 2)  Attach copy of Applicant organizational  ID card & Authorized Signatory organizational  ID card  .(Should be attested by the Authorized signatory with organisation seal). If Organisational ID Card is not available, take two copies of the attached "Organisation ID Proof Letter" and fill the details of both Applicant & Authorised Signatory  (Should be attested by Authorized Signatory with Organisation seal).
