Government had issued detailed guidelines for the implementation of the Education Loan Repayment Support, Scheme for providing repayment support to those who are struggling to repay the education   after the completion of their course as per G.Os referred above.

2. In order to ensure the effective and smooth implementation of Education Loan Repayment Support Scheme and to facilitate the submission of application by borrower applicants, Government are pleased to issue the detailed Operational Guidelines with regard to applicability conditions and procedure to be followed for filing claim application as annexure to this Circular.
